2026 Experience the Legacy HBCU College Fair

The Legacy Continues. This premier one day event is dedicated to amplifying the educational opportunities offered by Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). We are bringing a taste of the HBCU experience to the community on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Newark Symphony Hall in Newark, New Jersey.
This free event is open to all and will provide students with the opportunity to network with current HBCU students and alumni, speak with financial advisors and connect one-on-one with recruiters from an assortment of HBCUs. Some of the institutions in attendance will be offering applications on-site and on the spot acceptance. Additionally, the program will feature live exhibitions such as a financial aid workshop, a Greek life showcase and an interactive Q&A session with a panel of esteemed HBCU alumni.

This premier event is dedicated to amplifying the educational opportunities offered by Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Established in 2016, this annual event brings the HBCU college tour experience directly to students, many of whom cannot afford or do not have access to the traditional chartered trips that travel down the East Coast and throughout the South visiting these illustrious institutions.
This HBCU college fair helps bridge the opportunity gap and provides students and their families with valuable resources to prepare for college, while experiencing a taste of the vibrant HBCU culture right in their own backyard!
