Another One: SC State alumna wins Miss USA

The winner of the 2017 Miss USA pageant was revealed and for the second year in a row, not only was she a black woman representing the District of Columbia, she was an HBCU graduate. Congratulations Kara McCullough and a job well done to Miss USA 2016 Deshauna Barber.
